Order Information
You may place an order with or without an account. Creating an account gives you the benefit of faster checkout, special offers not available anywhere else, and allows you to view your order history.
You may pay with any major credit card or PayPal. Make sure your delivery address is accurate as we cannot change a delivery address once a shipment leaves our warehouse. Make sure your email address is valid, and be sure that emails from Chartpak.com are not marked as SPAM.
Check Your Order Status
After your order ships you will get an email that includes a tracking number and a link to FedEx or UPS that you may use to track your delivery status.
Change or Cancel an Order
If for any reason you need to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact Customer service by calling (800) 628-1910 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Payment Information
We currently accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Once you submit an order, your credit card / PayPal account will be charged the full price of your order.
Delivery
All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. It is the customers responsibility with FedEx or UPS to make sure delivery can take place at the specified time and address supplied during checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined during checkout using Chartpak’s negotiated rates with FedEx or UPS.

The fulfillment center is located at 24 Spring Street, Florence, MA, 01062, and is open Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Return Policy
If your purchase does not meet your satisfaction it may be returned for full purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase. Customer service may be reached at info@chartpak.com, or by calling (800) 628-1910 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Our offices observe the following holiday schedule: Christmas Day, New Years Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Juneteenth, Good Friday, and the Day After Thanksgiving.
