Jade Green is a mid-tone green with a gray undertone that is deeper than Nile and Moss. It falls into the neutral green range of the temperature spectrum that consists of Willow, Grass, Apple, and Light Olive, Nile, Jade, Moss, Leaf, Holly, and Spruce. These colors appear to take on a yellow bias when positioned with the blue-greens and a blue bias when juxtaposed with the yellow-greens. They blend well with their color group to create gradations, and color and tonal transitions. Evergreen and Deep Evergreen are options to create deep, reflective shadows with Jade, while Grass and Willow make highlights for this color. Jade - Light Olive - Grass makes for a smooth gradient with the neutral green range, while an Emerald - Jade - Moss combination makes a deep to medium transitional gradient. Juxtapose Jade with a wide range of greens for unique botanical effects.
